What You'll Do

Lead recruitment and onboarding to grow our team with talent that aligns with our values
Implement HR protocols and training that foster clear communication, emotional intelligence, and professional development
Guide performance evaluations and support strategic planning to optimize operations
Champion DEI initiatives and nurture an inclusive workplace culture across all departments
Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and support staff well-being
